Continue the research process ("tinkering" research --> project research--> developing a testable question you can build your experiment around --> hypothesis (if.....then.....) ). This will prepare you to turn in your final topic/question and hypothesis with sources on Friday 3/3/17 2. Study the different types of levers and how you label each part of the lever. (NO ONE FROM 8G TURNED THIS IN TODAY IT IS NOW PAST DUE) 9/30/2016 - Re read and/or review Chapter 2, Section 1, "The Nature of Forces" pages 36-39 in text book, in preparation of your exit ticket to assess your knowledge gained so far. 9/29/2016 - Read and complete "Scientific Reasoning" worksheet and answer questions 1-7. Please make your best attempts on this as I know deductive and inductive reasoning is a new concept and may be hard for you to grasp. I will be checking to make sure completed and then we will review in class to help with basic understanding. Due 9/28/2016 - Read Chapter 2, Section 1, pages 36-39 in textbook. On loose leaf with proper heading (full name, grade/section/student number, subject, and date), and using complete sentences answer Section 1 Assessment questions on page 39. For those students who are absent or out shadowing they will be able to turn in upon their return Due 9/27/2016 - Paper Airplanes and Scientific Method lab due all parts 1-7 should be completed.
